The website inquiry form asks for your name, phone number, and project city. Email and the project message are optional. The form also includes the business phone number as a routing field. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, or health information in the project message.
Technical information and source details
When you send an inquiry, the site may process your IP address, the page or website that referred you, and the time of submission. Campaign details such as source, medium, campaign, term, content, or ID may also be processed if they are included in the page URL or form request. The outbound lead request does not include your IP address.
Embedded Google Maps
The Contact page includes an interactive Google Maps embed for the business profile location. When the map loads or you interact with it, your browser connects to Google. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, the referring page, and map interactions under its own Privacy Policy. The map is separate from the inquiry form; it does not send your form fields to Google.
How an inquiry is processed
To route your inquiry, the site sends the contact details you provide, your project city, your optional message, and available referral or campaign details to Telegram for business notifications and to an external lead-processing service at svoi.us. Those services may process information under their own systems and terms.
If a delivery attempt encounters an error, the site may write operational information to the hosting account. The business has not published a specific retention period for inquiries; third-party service retention is governed by those providers’ own policies.
